Full priced items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for the price paid excluding shipping costs. The item must be in purchased and unused condition. If any item is hurt or damaged upon delivery, please contact me immediately and I will refund the purchase or send a new piece.
My pieces are hand-knotted, handmade, and delicate and should be worn and treated as such. Broken or damaged merchandise within 60 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However, items broken outside of this timeframe will incur a $40 repair fee. If parts are lost, there will be an additional charge based on the lost piece.
No returns on custom orders or items purchased at a discount. All sale items are final sale!
